About us

SatsIntel — Corporate Bitcoin intelligence.

SatsIntel is an editorial and analytics platform dedicated to the corporate Bitcoin ecosystem: companies holding BTC on their balance sheets, miners, preferred-share issuers, spot ETFs and sovereign adoption. We publish verifiable data, in-depth analysis and free tools so that anyone can understand and evaluate the Bitcoin treasury phenomenon.

Our mission

To make information about corporate Bitcoin accessible, understandable and verifiable. We believe that smart capital has already begun migrating toward a monetary standard based on a scarce, neutral and verifiable asset. Documenting that movement in real time — with rigor, transparency and no noise — is our job.

Publisher and accountability

SatsIntel is published by Standard 21 S.A., a company headquartered in Madrid (Spain), specialized in Bitcoin education, analysis and professional services. Analytical content is signed by the SatsIntel Team, with editorial review prior to publication.

Methodology and sources

Every data point published on SatsIntel is verifiable against primary sources. Our order of precedence is:

  1. Official filings — SEC EDGAR (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), CNMV, TDnet (Japan), FCA (UK) and jurisdictional equivalents.
  2. Official press releases issued by the companies themselves through IR (Investor Relations) or verified PR channels.
  3. Market data — BTC and altcoin prices from CoinGecko; stock quotes from recognized financial data providers.
  4. Specialized aggregators — bitcointreasuries.net, bitcoinminingstock.io and similar, used as cross-references.
  5. Specialized press — Bitcoin Magazine, CoinDesk, The Block, Bloomberg and equivalents, used for context.

When a data point cannot be verified against a primary source, we flag it explicitly ("estimate", "unconfirmed" or similar). We do not publish rumors or leaks without corroboration.

Editorial policy

SatsIntel does not sell investment recommendations or manage third-party capital. Our content is informational and educational. Any investment decision derived from reading SatsIntel is the sole responsibility of the reader. See the legal notice for details.

We do not accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage. If a piece is sponsored or branded content (commercial agreements with priority partners), we state it clearly at the top of the content with the label "Sponsored" or "Partner content".

We correct errors publicly. If you spot an incorrect or outdated data point, please write to us: we update the article and add a correction note at the end.
